Bankomat and Tietoevry Banking have extended their strategic partnership for ATM services for the next three years. The agreement includes all Bankomat’s ATMs and cash recyclers in Sweden.

Tietoevry Banking’s ATM service delivery covers a wide range of services such as withdrawal and deposit of cash, cash administration, 2nd line maintenance of the ATMs and recyclers, 1st line help desk for Bankomat’s users, network services connecting all the ATMs and a cash depot system that was launched in 2021.
The cooperation between Bankomat and Tietoevry has been ongoing since 2011, and this extension is valid until the end of March 2025 at a value of almost EUR 30 million.

Tietoevry is the market leader for ATMs in the Nordics and Netherlands. Today more than 11000 ATMs belonging to 60 customers in 12 countries are connected to Tietoevry’s ATM system.
